So as far as testing goes, you'll do just as well to test X serer 1.7.3. In any case, my tree is out of date. I guess this is a good thing, as it means we haven't needed any more Alpha-specific fixes. :) > Is there anything I can help to get it working again? Yes. Please file a bug at bugs.freedesktop.org and attach your kernel .config, xorg.conf, dmesg. Also say what hardware you're testing and appropriate software versions (ie, X server, kernel, xf86-video-mga, etc.). Thanks a ton for testing and responding! Matt
