But... Alex you may have a hacker or some fuckin' cronjob(s) that
kills the system...

And within you log I can only tell you what Stephen Tweedie wrote
already... Check if you may have the wrong kernel installed.

However, you should not ask in this list. axp means alpha not k6. :o)
