new BrlSpeak CD-ROM ISO 07-10-2003 available

There were corrected some bugs regarding the CD (not the distribution):
- now the autorun starts for both Win9x or XP (FAT32) 
- we added rawritewin.exe (gpl version) 
- and preventing problems with the absence of choice.com under XP's
  pseudo-DOS, we added the Free version of it on the CD
