List problem.

Good morning,

	Please forgive the unorthodox method of requesting help, but I've recent=
ly started to receive occasional emails from this list. I was subscribed =
about four years ago, with an email address that is no longer valid (lwx@=
nomensa.com).=20

	As far as I'm aware, this email address has been discontinued, certainly=
 I can't get a password reminder sent through to enable me to unsubscribe=
 from the list. It's possible I also subscribed with my standard email (l=
[email protected]), but it's so long ago I don't recall.

	Would someone be able to help out by removing both email addresses from =
this list's subscription? Thanks.
