I assume you mean the direct link for Trusty as the link I gave you does 
have a direct download for Vivid.  If you can use BitTorrent, I highly 
recommend it for a much faster download.  I would generally suggest 15.04 
Vivid if possible since it will have better Orca and accessibility support.
