To do something like that, log in as root and type an echo command assuming your user account is hank: echo 'hank ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL' >>/etc/sudoers <enter> then reboot the system and log in as hank. Once done type sudo -H -i <enter>. Next type exit <enter>. To run a command as root temporarily type: sudo -H command <enter>.
