Cannot Run Lang= Date?

Well, this morning in Debian, grabbing lots of articles in trn4, when I saw this 
error as it appended each article. And yes I ran searches in duckduckgo but 
found nothing even close. The file of news articles does increase, so is this 
warning something in my way, or is their a fix? Thanks so much in advance
