I learned the command line by reading basically all the man pages.
There were fewer of them back then.
But I probably read thousands of print pages of man page, at the end of
which I understood Unix fairly well.
The first bit was kind of confusing because I didn't understand how
things went together enough to really follow some of the man pages.
