Installing Cygwin

Well, this is a half-Windows question. When I start the setup program I 
get a dialog with a few options, none of which seem to do much. I want 
to 
get to the list of things to install so as to pick things like ssh rsync 
mutt nano etc. I'mj using NVDA and Braille.
