Well, u may have had the name first, but that would be irrelevant if u
didn't trademark it (or its non-US equivalent) & Kali did. U may
really want to check, as there does exist the possibility that the
name is infringing on an existing trademark, which could spell *big*
legal trouble. I'm no lawyer, nor do I pretend to be, but I do know
that infringing on a trademarked name is a very big no-no. It also
really creates a lot of confusion as regards the particular product
being discussed. & that, folks, is all I'll say on the matter.
