URL for Archives

I'm reconstructing things on my new computer after the old one died. I have a very recent Debian. For some reason I 
can't get mutt to show the URL for the archives as it used to do. If you give it to me I can rerieve Janina's messages 
about setting up a machine for login at the command line and optionally starting a GUI.
