Re: Changing Emacspeak default settings and making them stick?

As an aside, how do you enable the speaking of capitalized words? I =
sometimes proofread text containing capitalized words that shouldn=E2=80=99=
t be capitalized, so there are some cases where Emacspeak pointing this =
out would be a good thing. Obviously, I=E2=80=99d only turn this on on =
an as-needed basis.
