newbie question - Basic content type

Hi,

I would like to manage simple static cms pages with no special content type features.

The News Item and Article content types add headers to the body.  Is there a simple content type which displays the body without any extra information.

I am currently using 5.2.1 but hope to install 6.1 shortly.
