Stylesheet compilation error.

Please help.

I am getting a stylesheet compilation error.  The error message is:

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
http://localhost/__ccm__/servlet/content-type/index.xsl

http://localhost/__ccm__/servlet/content-type/index.xsl

The file "index.xsl" does not exist on my system nor does the
subdirectories "servlet" and "content-type" under "/__ccm__".  What
have I done (or not done) to get this error?  Has anyone seen this?
