Getting a caching error. Was "Getting a stylesheet compilation error. Please help."

Thanks for helping with this.  I did not have the waf.web.host
parameter set and when I set it I finally was able to enter the CMS!!!

Now I am getting the following error in the catalina-stdout.log file:

ERROR caching.CacheServlet$HTTPRequester - Failure sending cache
invalidate:
http://localhost/expireCache?id=SiteNodeCache&key=%2Fcontent%2F&hash=381697369

The web.xml file seems to be configured properly.  What else could be
causing this error?
