CMS 6.1 - Notes Example - Location of Postgres-create.sql

Hi,
Am following the WAF developers guide and have successfully deployed the Notes example using "ant deploy". Now when I ran "ccm load --interactive binder", it gave me an error saying it couldn't find the "postgres-create.sql" file. After some hunting around I found it in the build directory under my project "tricon-cms". I changed the path in the "binder.load" file to map to this path. But in order to successfully run "ccm load --interactive binder", I had to rename "Create.sql" file which was created to "postgres-create.sql". Now this needs to be done everytime I make a clean build.

Is all this setup in some configuration file?

will appreciate any help I can get.
