Are there any user guides, tutorials or how-to's for newbies?

I have recently installed CCM WAF, CMS and portalserver for the first
time (with a bit of support from a very helpful community) and I've
been working with it for a few days and trying to get a simple website
up and running.

I was wondering if there are any user guides, tutorials or how-to's
that anyone knows of that you would point me towards?

Unless I'm missing something fundamental on how to use this software, I
am really lost and I find myself doing a lot of trial-and-error
clicking to set things up and then I'm not really sure I'm doing things
the way they were designed to do.  

I'm looking for support on everything from how to change and modify
themes/styles/look-and-feel to just setting up a basic website with a
navigation menu, some kind of simple organization (either categories or
folders or both?), and a few pages to start.
