error theme validation

I am currently using aplaws+ demo. I have created a new theme using the theme admin. The new theme is um_theme and I am yet to modify the theme. I think, since it was copied from the default theme, it should pass the theme validation easily. But i was wrong. It gives me this error.

Do you have any idea of what has contributed to this error? 
I suspected it has something to do with /resource in which whenever i point my browser to http://ip-address:8080/resource, an error page will appear. The error page is something like this.
