Stefan, I set waf.web.server to be the name of a specific virtual host with port 80. I set waf.web.host to the name of the server, for example, servername.example.com:9090, with port 9090. In your case, if you're running both on localhost, try setting waf.web.server to localhost:9090 and waf.web.host to localhost:80. These parameters are set using the command: 'ccm set waf.web.server=localhost:9090'. Section 5.1.3 in the CMS Deployment Guide show an example of usage (http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/cms/rhea-dpg-cms-en-6.1/ch-config.html). Hope this helps.
