Aplaws+ Developer Install Problems

Hi All

Just trying to set up a devel environment and getting the following after
setting a development area (as root) for myself.

 <mailto:root@localhost> root@localhost# ccm-devel-user.sh nthompson

 <mailto:root@localhost> root@localhost# logout

 <mailto:nthompson@localhost> nthompson@localhost# ccm-devel-create.pl
aplaws-nthompson

Installation failed: cannot run CVSROOT=/var/ccm-devel/cvsroot cvs -q import
-m 'Initial import of application template' aplaws-nthompson
aplaws-nthompson initial 1>> /var/tmp/ccm-devel-create-aplaws-nthompson.log
2>&1 script:
Install logs at /var/tmp/ccm-devel-create-aplaws-nthompson.log

Any ideas ????
