Aplaws+ expired pages do not email user

Hi

I'm having a problem with expiring pages on Aplaws+. The pages are removed
perfectly but no email is sent. I have my details as the site wide
administrator and all users / groups apart from the author who is another
member of my team, all emails are correct.

Here is the only problem being reported in the log.

catalina-stdout.log:
2004-07-13 15:45:17,884 [ead-9] ERROR lifecycle.NotifyLifecycleListener
- Failed to get 'from' party from UserTask 

Any ideas please as I'm proofing the Aplaws+ cms to hopefully impliment in a
month or 2.
