I'd install a later version. 5.0 is quite old. Look on ftp.redhat.com.

Red Hat has training options. Have you looked on rhea.redhat.com and 
www.redhat.com/docs/? (e.g., http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/cms/). 
That, and the mailing list archives, would be a good place to start.
