Enterprise.init in Aplaws+

Hello,

I have to modify the enterprise.init to initialize content sections and 
for authentification.
But in aplaws plus, it is inside packages.
So what is the best way to manage enterprise.init ?
Of course I'd prefer not have to repackage everything :)
