IDEs I'm aware of are KDevelop (KDE) and Anjuta (GNOME), or in Java
world there are plugins for Eclipse to make it do C/C++, but that's
more experimental that the first two options. Checkout www.freshmeat.net
in the Text Editors -> Integrated Development Environmentsts topic
for more ideas.
