installing rh-postgresql-server has problem

ccm-cms pre requirements.<br />my OS platform is Enterprise linux and
doesn't have rh-postgresql-server by default in itself. <br />I install
rh-postgresql-server-7.3.4-8 .rpm=A0 but still=A0 service=A0 pgsql can no=
t run !
<br />waht should I do? <br />isn't there an easy way to install ccm-cms?
(for installing it I follow the WAF and cms installation guide=A0 -=A0
installing by rpm packages)<br />please help me. I've been stoped.<br
