your pg jdbc and pg db version do not match (google for that error 
message to see the background)

You don't say which CCM version. I guess older one which includes a copy 
of pg jdbc jar (postgres.jar IIRC).
Remove that jar (deployed to WEB-INF/lib), and copy or add to CLASSPATH 
the one from postgresql-jdbc RPM ( pg74*jdbc3.jar for jdk5 )
