Didn't you say in your previous email that you're using RHEL4 which 
includes pg7.4 ? Please try pg7.4 first, CCM was not tested against 8.0.
Of course you're more than welcome to try pg8.0 and make it work (in 
theory, it should work w/o problems).

That's what I'm telling you, it *is* present, since it is included with 
ccm core, see:
http://svn.forge.objectweb.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/byline/waf/trunk/lib/

Full path please? If you are using RPMs and deployed it correctly, 
default location would be /usr/share/ccm/webapps/WEB-INF/lib
You can also try "locate postgresql.jar"
