Oleg,

ccm 6.1.0 is rather old, I suggest that you check out the latest ccm 
core from www.aplaws.org.

for instructions.

Also, it is not clear which pg version you are eventually using.
As mentioned, pg7.4 was tested while pg8.0 was not.
