fail bzImage

i require help on creating bzimage. My configuration
is intel -celronII on a intel 810 chipset. 64 MB ram.
Realtek  ethernet card .
Linux kernel-2.4.7-10
 

>  while compiling the kernel all modules dependencies
> were resolved.But while creating the bzImage few
