Walking Stack chain from SEGV handler

I've created a SIGSEGV handler using sigaction specifying the SA_SIGINFO
flag.  Does anyone have, or can point me to, an example of how to use
the passed UCONTEXT structure to obtain the failing instruction and the
current stack call chain?  This is for RHEL WS v4.
