updates to system-config-nfs

I've made two changes to system-config-nfs. One is that I added a
command line interface(nfs-export) to the backend.

So, it should be possible to do something like this:
nfs-export --dir /home --perm ro --ip 192.168.100.126

This will add the entry to /etc/exports and restart the nfs daemon.
I also added some mnemonics to the buttons on the toolbar, which should
make keyboard navigation a little easier.

Try it out at:

Cheers,
   Brent
