OOo-gnome default language fc4?

Hi All,
I've recently moved up to fc4 and I'm finding I'm not able to set my OOo
"Default language for documents" to English (New Zealand). When ever I
set it, it reverts to English (US) on restart. Any ideas?

I've set the language at gnome session login to English (UK) - Eng (NZ)
not available - which causes a warning that I'm not using the system
default. This does seem to set the OOo default, but that leads to the
next questions...
1-How to configure for English (NZ) at gnome session login;
2-How (ultimately) to set the system default to English (NZ);
3-(May be same as 2?) How to provide alternatives to "English (USA)"
under "System Settings -> Language"??

I've tried installing English other than US and nothing happens (both at
install and via "Add/Remove Applications")?

Any ideas (other than conspiracy theories - which I'm coming to myself:)?

Regards,
Morgan.
