 We are moving lists.fedorahosted.org to it's own instance. This will
 reduce load on fedorahosted and allow easier migration of resources to
 a new hosted cluster. During this time emails to fedorahosted lists
 should queue up and be delivered when the outage is over. Archives and
 list processing will be down for the duration of the outage.
