 There will be an outage starting at 2015-07-22 21:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 4 hours.

 Reason for outage:

 We will be updating and rebooting servers for errata.
 During the outage window particular services may be down for short
 periods as we update and reboot particular servers. Note that build
 services updated on 2015-07-21 will not be affected by this outage.
