There will be an outage starting at 2017-08-09 21:00UTC, which will last
approximately 4 hours.

Reason for outage:

We will be updating and rebooting servers to new kernels as well as
resizing some disks and other resources.

Affected Services:

All non build and cloud services may be up or down during the outage
window.
