Concerns about the download page lacking clear distinction between blocking and non-blocking images

Hey folks! I've just filed a ticket about the download page not (IMHO)
clearly presenting our blocking images as more prominent and supported
than our non-blocking images:

Usually I'd CC a bunch of relevant folks, but since almost nothing else
Fedora-y is on gitlab.com, I don't have the relevant IDs handy, so I'm
mailing the lists instead to make sure folks are aware and can chime
in.
