71 packages git repos fixed for git fsck issues

Greetings.

More than 2 years ago, it was found that some git packages repos failed
to pass 'git fsck' due to a unfortunate typo in a maintainer email
address.

In https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/3119 FESCo approved re-writing history
on these git repos (and saving off the old history in an archive ref).

This work has finally been done. ( Tracked in
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/tickets/issues/11822 )
Many thanks to Stephen Gallagher for carefully scripting and testing the
fixes.

If you have an existing checkout of one of these repos, you may need to
do a fresh clone of them. The history is available in archive refs as
well as copies of all the old repos in 
https://src.fedoraproject.org/git-fsck-failing-repos-archive/
