only. Open up the mailing list for non-subscribers as a temporary

    * AGREED: Two-factor authentication will be required for members
of the provenpackager group. There will be 3 month grace period for
existing group members, after which users that don't have 2FA set up

administrators to lock bugs that have been closed and inactive for
more than 90 days. This will prevent spam comments on old, popular

for stepping up to fill a vacant FESCo seat during the previous term.
