Re: [rawhide] fmt and spdlog upgrade/soname bump

The update will be stuck in updates-pending due to cryfs being ftbfs
already. There is fmt11 compat, but no spdlog compat package (and I am not
planning to introduce one) that'd allow the update to land without causing
FTI. I did CC maint as per their fas email.

(If that isn't resolved before the mass rebuild, I'll revert the fmt/spdlog
commits so it doesn't cause havoc).
