I talked about this with people during devconf.cz and apparently this
was a misunderstanding based on conflation of upstream maintainers,
Fedora maintainers, and RHEL maintainers. Knowning that, I can see
that the sentence was true from a certain point of view.

Anyway, new features in Fedora sd-boot *are* possible, so it's good
that this sentence was dropped.
