ok, fair. I just thought it might be nice to have a way to watch waivers
to note things like: how often do people use them? If they use them all
the time and there's no problems, I think that would point to some tests
being wrong?

I don't think there's any way to do so in FMN... 

Yeah, I guess you could grab those messages, but I don't even see them
off hand (but they are rare, so perhaps it's just the last one was a
long time ago?)

I wish bodhi could search on waived updates, but it doesn't seem to be
able to. ;(
