Re: Unretire sugar packages.

You must still file a releng ticket as described in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Retirement_Process/#claiming to have the packages unblocked in koji. You just don’t have to provide a link to a re-review in Bugzilla.
