FTBFS bugs are filed only every 6 months, after the respective mass rebuilds.
If a package starts to fail at some point within those 6 months, there
will just not yet be an automated FTBFS bug for it.
This seems to be the case for all three packages that are "red" on
your koschei dashboard.
