Comaintainer here.

For ccze, we have effectively been using Debian as an upstream anyway,
and Debian does have a patch to build it against PCRE 2:

https://sources.debian.org/src/ccze/0.2.1-8/debian/patches/pcre2.patch

Is anyone interested in taking this over? I'm also checking if anyone
at $dayjob feels like keeping this, in which case I can backport the
Debian fix and keep this alive (but happy to take comaintainers)

If not, Kenny Glowner is seeking to be sponsored and I just recommended
he submits a new package in

No reason we can't keep both alive and just make one conflict with the
other though, at least in the short term - but if there's no taker I'd
rather just retire this.
