It looks like tss2 got orphaned...probably late last year or early this
year. It's in the "Orphaned packages looking for new maintainers" mail
from 2026-01-03 -

. I assume infraw (Emir Akdag) then picked it up to avoid it being
retired. I'm not sure by what mechanism it became orphaned, though. I
can't find a recent FTBFS bug for it, and it doesn't appear to be in
the list of packages that were orphaned as part of the F43 inactive
maintainer cycle.
