Hello,
I realize we=E2=80=99ve had several discussions on what to do with our curr=
ent
Package Review Process, so my apologies for starting yet another one. But
please bear with me.

We brainstormed some ideas with Miro Hron=C4=8Dok on Flock 2026, and after =
that,
I elaborated on them in a detailed blog post, implemented a prototype and
