Orphaned some packages

I have orphaned some packages I no longer use, namely:

- autolink-java
- flexmark-java
- g4music
- javacc-maven-plugin
- jetbrains-annotations
- maven-doxia
- maven-doxia-sitetools
- maven-reporting-api
- maven-reporting-impl
- metamath

The jacoco and maven-invoker-plugin package maintainers (BCC'd) should
take note, since both packages BR maven-reporting-api and
maven-reporting-impl, and maven-invoker-plugin additionally BRs
maven-doxia.  (The l10n-maven-plugin package is also affected, but it
is currently orphaned.)

If anyone is interested in picking up those packages, be aware of
these dependencies:

- javacc-maven-plugin BRs maven-doxia, maven-doxia-sitetools,
maven-reporting-api, maven-reporting-impl
- maven-reporting-impl BRs maven-doxia, maven-doxia-sitetools,
maven-reporting-api
- maven-doxia-sitetools BRs maven-doxia, maven-reporting-api
- maven-reporting-api BRs maven-doxia
- maven-doxia BRs flexmark-java, jetbrains-annotations
- flexmark-java BRs autolink-java, jetbrains-annotations

All packages are on the latest version and are in good shape, with no open bugs.
