This was discussed during last week's FRCL call, see also

https://forge.fedoraproject.org/fesco/tickets/issues/3664
where we're tracking this on the FESCo side.

So this information is first-hand from the Red Hat employee(s) who
currently maintain bugzilla.redhat.com.
