Fedora changes trackers in bugzilla

I've noticed I still have some bugzilla tickets open related to changes 
for previous Fedora versions (for example, [1]).

I thought those were to be closed automatically after release [2], but 
they weren't. Should I close them myself? Is there some automation not 
set up properly?
