This doesn't always happen (only when we bump requirements), and if -
I always forget about the painful bodhi update process :-( sorry.
I haven't done ANY update for f45 and f46. :-( and that's the problem.

- I would if we could disable automatic updates for mock,
mock-core-configs, distribution-gpg-keys.
- Or if we could chain the automatically created updates.
- Or group them into one.
- Or we were allowed to drop existing updates, and resubmit builds a
grouped-way instead.

This situation wouldn't repeat.

I thought we submitted a Tito RFE last time we discussed, anyway, here
it goes: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/tito/issues/524
However, using manual Koji side tags would make the release process
too expensive.
